Shipping Rates We charge you the standard UPS rate for shipping from California. This will be automatically displayed for you when you check out. We also ship Internationally using UPS air shipment rates, which will also be calculated automatically. Order Status An email will automatically be sent to you that will include the order number and a list of the items purchased. You can track the status of your order using the URL supplied in this email. You can also check the status of all your Yahoo! Store orders by clicking on the "Y! Shopping" button and selecting "Order Status". Warranty Policy We offer a 90 days limited warranty on our products. Customers must fill in a Return Goods Authorization request in order to have the item replaced or returned. Return for credit Policy Please check the items received against the items ordered within seven calendar days after receiving the goods. Customers must fill in a Return Goods Authorization request before returning any goods. Products must be returned with a copy of the invoice and all packaging materials to ToolBays.com within 30 days of shipment. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping. We will email you with the return shipping address when we assign the authorization number. Please write the Return Goods Authorization number clearly on the outside of the box. Returned products that do not meet these requirements will not be received for credit purposes. How long until my product is shipped Most items are shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Most orders received before 2pm PST are processed and shipped on the same business day. How long until I receive my order Our default shipping is UPS ground. UPS suggests that it takes 1 to 5 business days delivery time. This varies by how far you are from Los Angeles, California. It usually takes only one day to deliver to most California locations, 2 to 3 days to most western states, and 4 to 5 days to most other states.
